Our bodies are created to maintain harmony and heal themselves. Everyone has an Original Blueprint of Wholeness and is able to access this innate knowledge for their physical, emotional and spiritual health. When we listen to our symptoms instead of masking them, we begin to understand the deeper causes of emotional pain and illness. As a Spiritual Midwife, Xochi holds the space for this empowering process to unfold.
In a session, clients become aware of their conditioned patterns that have arisen from internalizing the distress of their lineage as well as painful life experiences, especially from early childhood. They learn ways to let go of the past and experience the freedom of moving from reactivity to fearless response—of moving from the constriction of seeing life as problematic to the spaciousness of wonder and flow. |

" As a kid growing up on the coast I treasured exploring deep forests, gazing into tide-pools, endless hours in the waves and on mountain tops. My best teachers were the undiscovered things, the path I never noticed before, a newly fallen tree or the high tide that forced me to find a different way around.
Working with Xochitl is like that for me. At a time in my life when I had forgotten how to explore, how to see with fresh eyes, I was faced with no other choice, and I needed a guide. Working with Xochitl I am now able to see and explore other paths I might never have seen. I am once again able to revel in that sense of discovery, joy and wonder in the Unknown.” - from Tim in Sonoma, CA |

A MEDICINE WOMAN'S PRAYER
I will not rescue you,
For you are not powerless.
I will not fix you,
For you are not broken.
I will not heal you,
For I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness
As you remember your light.
I will not rescue you,
For you are not powerless.
I will not fix you,
For you are not broken.
I will not heal you,
For I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness
As you remember your light.
What is a Spiritual Midwife?A Spiritual Midwife recognizes the birthing-something-new process, and acknowledges it as holistic—the physical, emotional and spiritual all intertwined. She has some tricks of the trade—remedies and techniques—while at the same time recognizes that they are not cures but instead compassionate aids to help you stay present to the new life emerging within you.
ServicesXochi is passionate about helping others awaken to their natural ability to blossom. She teaches clients a simple process of how to become aware of somatically-held unconscious patterns and then to realign their mind and body with their YES. Her approach incorporates multiple modalities and can involve collaboration with other practitioners when needed. Her main goal is to always work herself out of a job because the truth is that YOU know how to heal yourself, even if you do not yet know that you know!

And that is just the point...
how the world, moist and beautiful, calls each of us to make a new and serious response. That's the big question, the one the world throws at you every morning, "Here you are, alive. Would you like to make a comment?" - Mary Oliver |
